A great article by Ken Kifer exposing flaws in high fat, low carbohydrate diets. This link takes you to his cool website where you will also find "The Healthy Diet for Cyclists (or Anybody)". Bottom line: exercise covers alot of dietary "sins" and is essential for proper metabolism; we are aerobic animals and not genetically adapted to sedentary life.
